Terms of trade

1) Ordering

Once you have decided that you would like to order one of our products, start by filling out your information. We need your full name, address, zip code and city as well as your email and your phone number. When you have completed this, you must go to payment. As soon as you have completed your payment information, click the "Finish purchase" button. Please be aware that you must be over 18 years old to order on our website. VAT (Value added tax) is a part of your order.

2) Payment

We have multiple payment methods that you can choose from. You can either choose to pay by creditcard or choose to pay with invoice after delivery. After you have completed your shipping information, you must choose whether to pay by card or invoice payment. If you choose to pay by card, just fill out your card details and press "Complete Purchase." If, on the other hand, you choose to pay by invoice, you must also complete the purchase, and then you must pay your invoice after delivery. The money will be withdrawn from your account as soon as we send your order.

3) Delivery

All orders in stock will be shipped from us within 1-3 business days. We always have free shipping on all orders - regardless of order size. Almost all orders are delivered with DHL - and therefore we can also deliver within 24-48 hours if the item is in stock.It is not possible to pick up your order physically on our warehouse unless you have made an agreement with a colleague with us.

4) Return Policy

As a consumer, you have 14 days right of return on our website.
Your return will end 14 days after you have received your order. Our return policy also means that you have notified us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt and returned the product. You can send an email to [email protected] if you want to return your order or cancel your purchase.
You can not cancel your purchase by refusing to receive your order without notifying us of the cancellation. If you do not, your return will expire.

5) Returning your order

Once you have notified us of the cancellation of your order, you have 14 days to return the goods to our warehouse. You must pay the cost of the return freight yourself and you will be liable if the goods will be damaged when they are shipped to us.
Product condition upon return
You are responsible for any deterioration of the value of the product. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as you tried it in a physical store, but you should not use it properly.
If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the purchase as binding and in that case we can only make a partial refund of the purchase or no refund. The refund amount depends on the commodity's commercial value.
We require that you return the item in original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.
You must contact us if you want to return your product so we can send a return label for you.

6) Warranty

The purchase law applies to all purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you are entitled to a 24 month warranty on all of our products. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in the correct packaging and remember to receive a shipping receipt so that we can refund your shipping costs.

7) Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop on our website:
Name, address, phone number and your e-mail.
We register your personal information in order to deliver the item to you.
We pass on your information to our freight handling system as well as our freight forwarder.
The personal data are registered with The Smile Company ApS and are kept for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use them for their own use or disclose them. The data processor is Frederik Sørensen. As registered with The Smile Company ApS, you are always entitled to send us your objections to registration. 8) Terms of subscription

8.1 Conclusion of the agreement

Our subscription terms is binding for Smilebright membership, where you receive 2 packages of Smilebright Gels each month for only 36 GBP. Changes in names, addresses, emails or payment information has to be announced to us via email. Our email is [email protected]

8.2 Subscription period and cancellation

The subscription is valid from the day you use our intro offer and until you choose to cancel your subscription. Our subscription is not binding, and you can cancel it any time you want to. If you cancel your subscription, we will not refund any purchases you have made previously. You of course have 14 days right of return. Before you return any orders, you have to notify us about your return to [email protected]

8.3 Payment

Payment for your subscription will automatically be deducted from the credit card you used, once you created the subscription. The money will be deducted from your account upon the day, where we send your product(s). An automatical receipt will be send via email each month. If the payment doesn’t get accepted on the due date, we keep the right to charge a fee for each reminder amounting to 10% of the bills value. In case of a late payment Smilebright keeps the right to add interest to the bill. If we don’t receive payment for the subscription, we have the right to cancel any subscriptions and future orders that you can place by us.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you always have 14 days right of withdrawal, which you of course also have at Smilebright.

Refund

If you regret you purchase within 14 days, you will of course get your money back.

We will refund the full amount without any unnecessary delays, and at latest 14 days after the day, where you informed us. We refund your money to the same payment method, as you used once you placed your order, unless anything else has been agreed upon. Although it is important to inform you about, that we need to receive the product, or products back in our warehouse before we can refund you.

8.4 Change of your payment information

In the case that you get a new credit card, it is important that you contact us about this, so we can change the information for you. If you dont notify us about the change, we can't withdraw any money from your account, which means that you won't receive any goods. If you have any questions regarding this, you are more than welcome to contact us.

8.5 Change of the subscription terms

We are not obligied to inform you about any changes that are beneficial to you as a customer. 

Changes of our terms, which are not beneficial to the customer although, we will inform you about, with a minimum of 30 days notice. 

You have to be 18 years old to subscribe to our products. If you are under 18 years older, you need a written accept from your parents.

If you haven’t told os anything before the date, where the change is binding from, we consider that you accept our terms. All prices and subscription terms are online at www.smilebright.eu.

8.6 Violation

If you violate any of our terms of trade, we hold the right to cancel all of your subscriptions without any further notice.

8.7 Processing of personal information

To administrate your subscriptions and orders by Smilebright, we have to process some personal information from you here under, name, address, phone number, email and other information with relation to your subscription. When you sign up for our subscription on our website, you automatically accept that we can use your information for statistical matters.
